GEFA AQUAMAX irrigation edge 3 mm, 20 m

For optimal irrigation of the root systems of trees; 20 m roll, 30 cm high, green; material: 3 mm LDPE.

The durable, “growing” alternative to a conventional watering berm, with a filling capacity of up to 140 litres.

A watering berm formed by excavation is one of the basic elements of gardening and landscape architecture. It is essential for properly watering a newly planted tree. The GEFA irrigation edge optimizes this method. The 30 cm-high strip, made of 3 mm-thick special plastic (LDPE), provides a high filling capacity and also protects against the unwanted effects of road salt during the winter months.

The irrigation edge is set 10 cm into the ground, leaving 20 cm above the surface. GEFA connectors make it easy to join the ends. The ring remains stable and supplies the root ball with water optimally. We recommend allowing extra overlap for growth. This allows the irrigation edge to be adapted to further root growth in the future.

The newly added connector makes it much easier to extend the irrigation edge. As the tree’s root ball grows, the edge can easily be adjusted to its size.

The GEFA water reservoir is UV-resistant, 100% recyclable and reusable.
