The buyer can withdraw from the contract within 30 days from receiving the parcel. As soon as we receive the goods, we will finish the processing of your request as soon as possible. We refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The standard complaint procedure lasts 30 days from receiving the goods, however, even in this case we try to handle everything as soon as possible. We will inform you about the status of the complaint by e-mail.
