Destructive tensile testing of equipment and rope systems up to 120 kN.

We test, for example:

rope splices,
rope by the metre,
arborist and rigging components,
carabiners,
harnesses,
textile slings,
custom or prototype solutions.

The test is carried out on a tensile testing machine by loading the sample until material failure occurs. A test report is included, stating the measured maximum force and the mode of failure.

the test is destructive — the sample will be destroyed during testing,
maximum testing force: 120 kN,
the delivered sample must be clean and marked,
results are for informational purposes only and do not replace certification according to applicable standards.

Price based on the number of tested items

Order the testing according to the number of samples you want to have tested. The price per test is highest for a single item and gradually decreases with a higher number of tested samples. From five items and more, the price per test is the same regardless of the total number of samples.

Each sample is tested separately and the result is included in the report.
