SKYLOTEC D-BOLT is a fixed anchor point designed for fall protection when working at height, for example on masts, structures or in rope access applications. It serves as a permanent anchor point installed into a structure.

The anchor point can be installed using chemical or mechanical anchoring, allowing flexible use depending on the type of substrate and project requirements.

The steel construction with a powder-coated finish ensures a long service life and resistance to corrosion, even in demanding conditions.

The device is designed as a fall-arrest anchor point and allows use by up to 3 people simultaneously.

The anchor point meets the requirements of EN 795 type A and CEN/TS 16415. In some countries (e.g. Germany), building approval may be required (e.g. DIBt).

SKYLOTEC D-BOLT anchor point installation options

Depending on the selected installation system, the SKYLOTEC D-BOLT anchor point can be fixed using chemical anchoring into concrete or mechanically with an M16 bolt to a steel structure.

The images show three installation methods:

• TYPE 42: Chemical anchoring with an M16 threaded rod.

• TYPE 43: Chemical anchoring with an anchor element with an internal M16 thread.

• TYPE 47: Mechanical anchoring with an M16 bolt into a steel structure.

Note: The images are illustrative. Installation accessories are not included with the D-BOLT anchor point when sold separately. The fastening method must be suitable for the substrate and comply with the manufacturer's installation instructions.
