The PETZL ASCENTREE is a double-handled rope clamp designed for tree care and doubled rope ascents. It is optimised for foot-lock technique or use with two PANTIN foot ascenders.
Ergonomic overmoulded handles provide a powerful and comfortable grip during ascent. The wide opening allows easy handling, even with thick gloves. The safety catch is fully integrated into the body, reducing the risk of accidental snagging.
The toothed cam with self-cleaning slot ensures reliable performance on dirty or frozen ropes. The lower attachment hole is designed for connecting a PROGRESS lanyard, while the upper hole allows clipping a carabiner around the rope.
