SKYLOTEC MOBILFIX TERMINAL TYPE 52 is a mounting sleeve designed for the removable SKYLOTEC MOBILFIX (AP-018) anchor point. It creates a permanent anchorage location for repeated work at height, such as window cleaning or façade maintenance.

The sleeve is securely installed in a concrete substrate using a chemical anchor (injection mortar). Once installed, it is recessed flush with the wall or ceiling. An internal spring-loaded closure protects the opening from dirt.

The removable MOBILFIX anchor point is inserted into the sleeve and locks automatically. After work is completed, it can be removed and used at another location equipped with a compatible sleeve.

The system is intended for fall protection for up to 3 people in accordance with EN 795:2012 and CEN/TS 16415:2013. The mounting sleeve has European Technical Assessment ETA-16/0790.
