Lanyard PETZL GRILLON

The GRILLON adjustable fastener is used to create a positioning system to complement the fall arrest system. Its length can be easily and very accurately adjusted for a comfortable working position at the given workstation. Depending on its construction, it can be used single or double. GRILLON is produced in four lengths (2, 3, 4 and 5 m) and also in black. Certified for North America, Europe and Russia.
Universal
- Dual use: The GRILLON harness can also be used dually (at the harness's side attachment points) when the user has to work with their feet resting on the mat. This method of use will better distribute the load into the harness belt. The user precisely sets his position by pressing the rotating cam of the device.
- Simple to use: If there is an anchor point directly above the user, the GRILLON connects from the anchor point directly to the front attachment point of the harness and the load is evenly distributed between the belt and leg straps of the harness. The user adjusts its position using the handle while holding the free end of the rope with the other hand.
Easy handling
- Sewn ends with plastic covers: Sewn ends increase their strength (compared to knot ends) and reduce size. These plastic covers protect the seams against abrasion and facilitate handling, keeping the clutch in the correct position.
Resolution of individual lengths
- The length of the fastener can be immediately recognized by the color label on the end for the carabiner.
Spare ropes
- Ropes for GRILLON fasteners are also available separately for replacement if the rope is taken out of use, e.g. due to damage.
GRILLON mooring device
- A quick-adjustment mooring device can be used to quickly establish a fixed anchor point. The required rope length can be easily adjusted using the integrated self-locking device. The removable protective cover allows the rope to slide smoothly and protects it against abrasion.
- In lengths of 5m, 10m, 15m and 20m, GRILLON is used as a quickly adjustable horizontal safety line (lifeline).
