AIRSPADE 4000 UTILITY SERIES KIT 225 CFM pneumatic excavation tool
Pneumatic excavation tool for work near underground utilities and technical infrastructure || Supersonic nozzle 6.4 m³/min (225 cfm) || Insulated barrel approx. 1.2 m + extension 1 m || Non-sparking design (bronze, brass) || Insulation up to 300 kV
AIRSPADE 4000 Utility Series Kit is a pneumatic excavation tool designed for professional work near underground utilities such as electrical cables, fiber optics and pipelines. It enables safe and controlled soil removal without the risk of mechanical damage to the infrastructure.
The tool uses a supersonic nozzle with an output of 6.4 m³/min, generating a narrowly focused, very high-speed air jet. The jet effectively breaks up soil, including clay and compacted ground, while solid objects remain undamaged.
The model is equipped with a nickel-aluminium bronze nozzle (non-sparking material) and other non-sparking components (brass, bronze). This enables safe use in environments with an explosion risk or near gas lines.
The set includes an insulated fiberglass barrel approximately 1.2 m long with a protective shield and an extension approximately 1 m long, allowing work at greater depth or a safe distance from the excavation. The barrel is electrically insulated up to 300 kV.
The ergonomic handle is equipped with a pressure gauge, dead-man trigger and trigger guard. The foldable handle design ensures precise control and reduces operator fatigue during extended use.
The set also includes a 45° angle adapter (non-sparking, brass) for work in confined spaces, a flexible air hose and a durable transport case.
