Problem with back padding and velcro straps on treeMOTION PRO and ESSENTIAL harnesses
Teufelberger places great emphasis on the quality of its products and the satisfaction of its users.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that despite extensive testing, design problems occur with products.
Some users of the new treeMOTION Essential and Pro have reported issues to the manufacturer with the back padding of their harnesses not sticking properly and causing occasional discomfort.
The problem has been identified and is not a safety issue, it is caused by the new material used for the back padding which is less "compatible"
with velcro harness. Please note that the issue only affects treeMOTION Essential and Pro.
Over the course of the year, the manufacturer will modify the material used to make the back padding, but for now, it offers an interim solution that will allow existing users to find the comfort they have been hoping for.
Partners and end-users will be provided with a free "upgrade kit" consisting of a velcro extension strip (male/female) that is installed by the end-user
between the harness and back pads. Installation requires no tools (except scissors) and special knowledge.
