PROTEKT UTB AT017-300 is a universal holder designed for mounting cargo and rescue winches on selected tripods. It can be used as part of a fall protection system and meets the requirements of standards EN 795, EN 1496 and TS 16415.

The holder consists of two electro-galvanized steel plates. Its clamping width can be adjusted to the profile of the tripod leg using three mounting positions. It can be mounted on an outer tripod leg in any suitable position; to limit unwanted movement along the leg, the manufacturer recommends using a safety lanyard.

The device is designed for both cargo winches and rescue winches. The permissible working load for cargo use is 1000 kg, while when used with rescue equipment the WLL is limited to 200 kg. The holder's minimum breaking strength is 21 kN.

Compatibility

The holder is designed for mounting on selected TM1, TM6, TM9, TM9-W, TM12, TM12-2, TM13 and TM15 tripods. One of the three mounting positions of the cover is used depending on the leg profile.

Winches from the RUP502-U, RUP503-U, RUP504, RUP505-U and RUP506 series equipped with a fixed UTB connector can be installed directly on the holder.
