The IKAR HRA rescue self-retracting lifeline is a professional fall arrest device with integrated rescue and recovery functionality, designed for work at height, shafts, tanks, and confined spaces.

The device combines the function of a self-retracting fall arrester according to EN 360 with an integrated two-way rescue mechanism for safely lifting or lowering a rescued person.

After a fall arrest or if the worker becomes incapacitated, the integrated crank handle allows rescue mode to be activated quickly, enabling a second person to safely raise or lower the user to safety.

The device features a durable aluminium housing and a galvanized steel cable lifeline. The HRA can be anchored directly via the attachment handle or mounted on a tripod or davit system using a mounting bracket.

Thanks to the different lifeline lengths, the system is suitable for a wide range of applications — from mobile service work to deep shafts and industrial environments.

⚠️ The device is not suitable for use over sharp edges and has not been tested for leading edge applications.
