Description PETZL CROLL L chest ascender

PETZL CROLL L is a chest ascender designed for rope ascents in rope access and work-at-height systems.

It is typically used in combination with the ASCENSION handled ascender and the PANTIN foot ascender, forming an efficient system for ascending a fixed rope.

The cam opening mechanism is fully integrated into the body, reducing the risk of snagging on equipment or structures. The design ensures stable positioning on the harness and smooth rope movement during ascent.

The stainless steel cam with self-cleaning slot maintains reliable performance even on muddy or frozen ropes.

The CROLL L version features a wide rope channel, providing smoother rope travel and compatibility with a broader range of rope diameters.

The lower attachment hole helps keep the device flat against the harness, while the upper hole allows attachment of a SECUR shoulder strap to maintain correct positioning.
