PROTOS INTEGRAL INDUSTRY is a lightweight and comfortable industrial safety helmet designed for construction, energy, industry and other work requiring compliance with EN 397. Its design ensures a stable fit, an unobstructed field of vision and a high level of comfort, even during extended use.

The helmet features 20-position size adjustment, a nape support and protection designed to effectively absorb impacts from both vertical and horizontal directions. Adjustable ventilation allows airflow to be regulated according to working conditions.

Thanks to the PROTOS modular system, the helmet can be equipped with a protective visor, hearing protectors, integrated safety glasses, chin strap and other accessories. Adding the appropriate components makes it possible to configure the helmet to match the FOREST or ARBORIST ranges.

With a smaller nape insert, the size range can be adjusted to approximately 52–60 cm; with a larger nape section, it can be adjusted to 56–64 cm.

Service life and maintenance

The helmet's maximum service life is 5 years from the date of manufacture marked on the shell. After a strong impact, a fall or the discovery of damage, the helmet or affected component must be taken out of use immediately.

Klima-AIR Set can be washed at 30 °C. The manufacturer recommends washing it regularly and replacing it approximately every 6–12 months.
