PROTOS INTEGRAL INDUSTRY is a lightweight and comfortable industrial protective helmet designed for construction, energy, industry and other work where the EN 397 standard is required. Its design provides a stable fit on the head, an unobstructed field of vision and high comfort even during prolonged use.

The helmet offers 20-position size adjustment, a nape support and protection designed to effectively absorb impacts in both vertical and horizontal directions. Adjustable ventilation allows airflow to be regulated according to working conditions.

Thanks to the PROTOS modular system, the helmet can be fitted with a protective visor, hearing protectors, integrated protective goggles, a chin strap and other accessories. By adding the appropriate components, configurations corresponding to the FOREST or ARBORIST series can be created.

With a smaller nape pad, the size range can be adjusted to approximately 52–60 cm; with a larger nape section, to 56–64 cm.

Service life and maintenance

The manufacturer recommends replacing the shell after 5 years of use. For storage before the helmet is put into service, an additional period may be counted according to the date of manufacture; it is advisable to keep the proof of purchase to record the start of use.

The Klima-AIR Set can be washed at 30 °C, and replacement is recommended approximately every 6–12 months.
