Made of waterproof polymer material. It is used to store a throwing line, bag, carabiner, etc. Drawstring closure.
External layout: Daisy chain strap on the side of the bag for storing carabiners. Two handles for hanging the bag in the working position.
Internal layout: 1 loop at the bottom of the bag, e.g. for connecting the end of the rope. 1 loop with clip at the top for further organization of contents.
