EDER ASCENDER  EPC-240 is a winch for ascent and descent on a vertical rope.
Designed for transporting one or two people (e.g. during rescue) with equipment and material up to a maximum weight of 240 kg.

EPC-130-11 and EPC-240-11 have a rappelling arrester for descent - it is not necessary to hold the rappelling lever.
