The NOTCH JET STEP II foot ascender represents a new generation of arborist foot ascenders designed for efficient rope ascents in arboriculture and rope access applications.

The Jet Step II builds on the original Jet Step design and introduces a more compact body, reduced rope drag, and significantly smoother ascent performance. The completely redesigned body with “angel wing” rope guides minimizes rope derailment and improves rope flow during climbing.

The toothless dual cam system provides extremely rope-friendly contact, reduces rope wear, and still delivers reliable grip even on wet, dirty, or icy ropes. Reduced cam pressure lowers friction and improves self-feeding efficiency during ascent.

A new wire gate helps prevent accidental rope disengagement while also reducing snagging on clothing during work. The fully adjustable HMPE Y-strap ensures secure attachment to most work boots.

The ascender is fully ambidextrous and can be used on either the right or left foot.
