The pouch is designed to carry a combat-style tourniquet and compression bandage. The accordion-style layout provides instant access to the contents without unnecessary searching or handling. Secure velcro fastening and adjustable elastic cords keep the equipment firmly in place even during intense movement.

Removable straps and a MOLLE attachment system allow mounting on a harness, belt or backpack. An integrated carabiner improves handling and quick access during emergency situations.
