AT HEIGHT DP1 is a pulley designed for quickly retrieving long ropes or light loads, such as tool bags. It is driven by a standard cordless drill connected via the integrated 8 mm hex fitting. The grooved surface of the sheave improves the rope's grip during retrieval.
The device works only in the correct direction of rotation; the rope slips when it is turned in the opposite direction. DP1 is intended for retrieving the rope after work is completed and is not intended as PPE or as a conventional belay pulley.
