The LD1 rigging winch system by ARBPRO is a modular lowering device designed for arboricultural rigging systems and load handling during sectional tree dismantling.
The system combines a two-speed Harken winch and a lowering friction drum, which can be used separately or together depending on the type of work.
The winch allows pre-tensioning of the system, lifting loads or precise positioning when handling branches or trunk sections.
The 140 mm friction drum provides a large rope contact surface and allows friction control during lowering operations.
An integrated Spinlock XTS one-way rope clutch allows the rope and load to be securely locked in the system.
The device is installed on the tree trunk using fixing straps and serves as a central rigging point during sectional tree removal.
