ascender in load pulling systems.

Petzl BASIC can also be used to create a knee ascender.

A cam equipped with spikes and a self-cleaning groove optimizes the operation of the ascender
in any conditions (e.g. frozen or dirty ropes).
The cam is made of stainless steel.
The wide bottom connection hole is large enough for
connection of the carabiner of the connecting means and the footrest.
