The I'D L self-locking abseiling device is intended primarily for technical rescue.
-
It has an ergonomic handle that allows the release of the rope and comfortable control of the rope. There are two methods of abseiling: via the sidewall or via the friction groove of the letter V.
-
The integrated anti-panic system and the anti-error safety device reduce the risk of accidents caused by user error. They are also compatible with additional brakes that increase friction for rappelling with heavy loads.
-
The AUTO-LOCK system enables easy positioning at the workstation without the need to handle the handle or secure the device with a knot: as soon as the user releases the handle, the rope is automatically secured in the device.
-
The safety latch allows the installation of the rope without having to disconnect the device from the harness.
-
Self-locking abseil devices are universal and can be used both for abseiling and for short rope ascents.
-
An integrated stainless steel plate protects the friction surface of the blocker body from grinding.
-
The I'DL abseiling device is suitable for ropes of 12.5 to 13 mm and enables the handling of loads up to 280 kg.
