The ClickUp operates without the need to control any lever or moving parts.
The rope is automatically locked by the HMS carabiner immediately in the event of a fall.
Thanks to the absence of moving parts, which are typical for fully assisted braking devices, it eliminates the risk of accidentally pulling a lever and allowing the rope to slip, potentially resulting in a ground fall.
To arrest a fall, you only need to maintain control of the free end of the rope.
Lowering is performed by applying slight pressure from the top of the ClickUp, which releases the rope.
The lowering speed is controlled by the pressure applied to the device and by the hand holding the free end of the rope.
