ASAT RA2 is a mobile fall arrester with a speed-activated centrifugal mechanism, designed for professional rope access and work at height. It is supplied with a replaceable energy absorber and an aluminium alloy carabiner with a triple-action locking gate. It features a double-secured side plate and a fully CNC-machined body with a high-quality rope-friendly finish and no sharp edges, providing high durability for everyday use in the field.

• Automatic movement: The device moves smoothly along the rope and follows the user during ascent and descent without the need for manual repositioning.
• Centrifugal locking: The internal locking mechanism works on the principle of centrifugal force and reliably locks the device onto the rope in the event of a fall.
• Drop-prevention design: The movable side plate can only be opened using two separate actions, reducing the risk of accidentally dropping the device when installing it on or removing it from the rope.
• Parking function: The integrated locking function allows the device to be fixed in position on the rope, reducing the potential fall distance.
