Dear customers,
We have received notification from NOTCH that there has been a report of a "BIRD" (see image) part failure on some Rope Runner Pro position brakes.
We ask customers to check and perform a functional test of their brakes. How to proceed can be found in the pictures below.

How to perform the functional test of ROPE RUNNER PRO?
- check that the Bird rotates smoothly and that its spring is effective.
In the event that your product fails the functional inspection, please immediately remove it from service and return it for repair or replacement by contacting the manufacturer at - info@notchequipment.com
