Returns and complaints

Please send the goods that you want to return or complain to us at the address of our store:

In case of returning the goods, please send us the completed "Notification of withdrawal from the purchase contract" form with the goods in the package, which you can find below in the attached files. The buyer can withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods. As soon as your package arrives, we will process your request and send the money back to your account. We send the money no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. You can also bring the goods to us in person at the store, where we will be happy to solve everything with you.

In the event of a claim, please send us the completed "Complaint Protocol" form with the goods, which can be found in the attached files below. The standard period for complaints is 30 days from the receipt of the goods. As soon as the package arrives from you, we will process your request and inform you about the status of the claim. You can also bring the goods to us in person at the store, where we will be happy to solve everything with you.
