SAFETY NOTICE: TEUFELBERGER flipLine 12.5mm DMM swivel
Dear customers,
due to a defect in DMM products, we have received a safety notice from the manufacturer TEUFELBERGER regarding the TEUFELBERGER flipLine 12.5 mm DMM swivel lanyard.
We ask customers to immediately stop using this product, label it and quarantine it.
How to do it:
1. immediately stop using the TEUFELBERGER flipLine 12.5mm DMM swivel
2. mark the product "not for use"
3. Unscrew the swivel from the lanyard
4. fill out the online form HERE
5. The Teufelberger team will contact you within three weeks
The flipLine itself can still be used without the swivel.
